When I was putting together my Fall 2025 capsule wardrobe I ran across this short sleeve sweater top on Amazon. I looked at the material content and the customer reviews, which were both good, so I ordered it. When the sweater top arrived and I tried it on, it was SO GOOD! The fit was spot on, the color was lovely and the fabric felt so good on. The brand of the sweater is Anrabess, which is one of my favorite brands on Amazon. The quality of their clothes are top notch, they are quick to ship and my orders from them are always correct. Here is the top I ordered in the “Parchment Beige” color, size Large. In my opinion, this top feels more like a regular knit top, rather than a “sweater”. I wore it with the green pants below the other day when it was 85 degrees outside and I didn’t get hot at all. Here in the Alabama, our summer temperatures last until about mid-October, so I leave off the layers and wear short sleeves until it gets cooler outside.
In this post, I’m styling the Anrabess Short Sleeve Sweater 5 ways for the Fall season. There are casual and dressy outfit ideas, so you can see how versatile this sweater top is!
For size reference: My height is 5’9″ and my weight is approximately 175 lbs. I have an hourglass figure and am mid-size. For tops, I typically wear a size Large (12), depending on the brand and fit of the top. For bottoms, my usual size is a 12, waist 31, a 10-inch high rise fits my waist the best and a 28 inch inseam falls at my ankle, 30 inch inseam is full-length on me. My shoe size is 9 medium or 40EU.
Outfit #1: Green Pants and Cognac Ballet Flats
I paired the sweater with these Quince French Terry Wide Leg Pants in “faded cargo” (size 12) and added these Quince Woven Ballet Flats (size 9 – fits true to size) (the “cognac” color is currently sold out; same color alternate style at Quince HERE.) I absolutely LOVE these pants! They are stretchy so they hold their shape and feel like a cross between jeans and pants, plus I like the patch pockets on the front! My Madewell Bucket Tote in the “warm cinnamon” color coordinates well with the shoes!

Outfit #2: Bootcut Jeans and Leopard Flats
These Nordstrom Wit & Wisdom Itty Bitty Bootcut Jeans (sized down 10) are SO GOOD! Wit & Wisdom jeans have always been a favorite of mine! I love the stretchy material and it isn’t thick like some jeans. They have a high waist (but not too high) and a 32″ inseam which looks great with nearly any shoe. I bought these Vivaia Almond Toe Flats (size 9) last year and they are so comfortable! The “dark leopard” color is nearly sold out, but they are available in the Pointed Toe style. If the bag I’m wearing looks familiar to the one above, it is the same style but in the “true black” color. I love this bag and carry it often!
Outfit #3: Black Skirt and Pumps
A black midi skirt is an essential in a wardrobe. You never know when you will need to wear a skirt and this one goes with nearly any top in my closet. This skirt is from Amazon (wearing a Large) and has an elastic waist with a drawstring. I tucked the drawstring in to make the skirt more dressy. My exact shoes are the Cole Haan Vandam Pumps (size 9), also love these block heel pumps HERE. I’m also wearing this darling little bag I bought from Amazon earlier this year. It is the Doris & Jacky Quilted Box Bag in the “black color. It looks like a Chanel bag and is real leather!
Outfit #4: Black Pants and Mary Jane Flats
You can go wrong with black pants in your wardrobe and these are my most favorite ones! I have had these pants for a few years now and I love them! They are the Quince *bestseller* Ultra-Stretch Ponte Bootcut Pants in “black” (I’m wearing the 28″ inseam for an ankle length fit, size Large). They are a pull-on style, but also have belt loops so they look like trousers! I have washed these pants many times (in cold water) and hang them to dry (no ironing needed) they still look new! These Madewell Greta Mary Jane Flats in “true black” (fit true to size, size 9) are comfy and fit great. These shoes come in several colors to choose from!
Outfit #5: Brown Pants, Plaid Blazer and Brown Boots
For all the career women, here is a workwear outfit for the Fall. This Amazon “The Drop” Edition Blazer (size Large) in the “plaid” color is so good! I added this blazer to my closet last year and have worn it a few times. It is very affordable and the fit is spot on. The blazer coordinates well with the Quince Ultra-Stretch Ponte Straight Leg Pants in “espresso” (I’m wearing the 28″ inseam for an ankle length fit, size Large). I’m also wearing these Madewell Dimes Boots in the “turkish coffee” color, which is a deep brown color. My exact boots are from last year with a zipper in the back, but this year’s version is an easy pull-on style. My tote is the Tory Burch Perry Tote in the “clam shell” color, which is so roomy and the neutral color looks great with any outfit. I use it to carry my Apple Laptop.
A Bit Of Inspiration For Your Day:
“Let the morning bring me word of your unfailing love, for I have put my trust in you. Show me the way I should go, for to you I entrust my life.” Psalm 143:8
What a great post today! I love a short sleeve sweater top and will have to try the one you recommend. I have tried some on Amazon and the material was just too plastic-y. I finally found the Amazon Essentials version which is good (size up.) Wanted to let you know that the links in the paragraphs open the item in the same window and then I lose your post! Love it when it is a separate window so I can flip back and forth between the item and how you style it.
This was a perfect mix of items to cover all the wardrobe scenarios. I recently donated lot of clothes and am working to rebuild my closet. Now I have a great guide! Thanks.
Thank you Jenifer, I’m glad you like the post! ❤️😀
