Quince Affordable Summer Dresses & Try-On Reviews

Quince is a brand I continue to shop, and it seems every time I pop back onto their site they are always adding new arrivals. I have been a repeat customer of Quince for about 3 years and am always impressed by their styles and quality of workmanship that goes into each piece. I have featured Quince items in several of my posts, so you can look back and see which ones I have shared here on the blog and included in outfit collages.

In this post, I will be reviewing several of their affordable dresses for the summer. I also put together a Reel of all the outfits on my Instagram @fashionelo.

For size reference: my height is 5’9″ and I weigh approximately 175 lbs., have an hourglass figure and I am mid-size. For tops, I typically wear a size Large (12), depending on the brand and fit of the top. For bottoms, my usual size is a 12, waist 31; a 10-inch high rise fits my waist the best and a 28 inch inseam falls at my ankle, 30 inch inseam is full-length on me. My shoe size is 9 medium or 40EU.

I have had this Organic Cotton Gauze Tiered Maxi Dress in the “Indigo Blue” color for a couple of years and it still looks great! I’m wearing my usual size Large. I love wearing this dress in the summer since it is cool and breezy! The indigo blue color is such a lovely neutral color and goes with so many shoes and accessories in my closet. I’m wearing it casually with sandals, but I have also dressed it up with heels and a blazer. I recently found this Bostanten Top Handle Small Crossbody Bag in “Brown” on Amazon and had to order it! It looks nearly identical to the Strathberry Mosaic Bag, but is budget priced at less than $37!

Outfit details:

This next dress is the Organic Cotton Gauze Smocked Sleeveless Maxi Dress in “Ocean Breeze” in my usual size Large. The bodice his smocked for a flattering fit and the skirt is tiered. I absolutely love the color of this dress! Here is another summery bag I recently added to my wardrobe: the Straw Handwoven Top Handle Clutch Bag With Crossbody Strap from Amazon. It is the “beige” color. It’s a darling structured bag and holds all the essentials! Let’s talk about the sandals I’m wearing. They are the Clara Metal Toe Ring Sandals from Target in the “Cream” color (sized down half size to 8.5). I tried these on while I was at Target a few weeks ago and was pleasantly surprised how easy it was to walk in them. Since they were only $20 I bought them and they are quite comfortable! I’ve worn them many times and have received several compliments on them!

I have had this Flowknit Breeze Fit & Flare Dress in the “Black” color for a few months waiting for the summer to get here so I could wear it! I’m so glad I bought it because it is one of my favorites to wear! I’m wearing my usual size Large. I love how stretchy the material is, plus it is Quick Dry, Moisture Wicking, Anti-microbial, 4-way stretch, UV-SPF40 AND has pockets! This Little Black Dress is a must-have for your closet. You can wear it by itself casual or dressy, plus you can wear it with a blazer, cardigan or jacket and heels or boots. These Metal Thong Sandals are another find on Amazon! These are the black color and they come in many other colors.

Outfit details:

This dress is the European Linen Scoop Neck Midi Dress in the “Blue Pinstripe” color (size Large). You will LOVE this dress! It is is so elegant and pretty and I highly recommend it. It comes in several other colors and patterns as well. This Italian Leather Handwoven Convertible Clutch in the “Taupe” color is also from Quince. I’m wearing it as a shoulder bag in the 1st photo, but you can remove the strap and carry it as a clutch too (the 2nd photo)! The Block Heel Clear Strap Sandals in the “Nude/Tpu” color (fits true to size, size 9) is a must-have for your wardrobe! Trust me on these shoes as they will go with so many outfits!
